THE NATURAL SELF
Who are we? Since we were born we were given an name, and based upon others view of us! an identity. Now we base our identity on these views and call it us! So logically this is not us, this is only an identity that has been given to us, SO WHO ARE WE?
When we realize this, and so stop associating so much with this false identity, we will start to find our True identity, or what could be known as the Natural Self, the Self that is not separate from Nature, or all that is!
This is the only way out of suffering, because suffering can only come from deception, and deception can only come from something that is false.
OUR IDENTITY IS FALSE!
As the Wise Ones of the past have said 'Man Know Thy-Self'.
To have a Natural Self, or True identity, one that has not been given to you, but one that already is!
This is Illumination, this is Reality, this is the Ultimate existence, complete freedom, and most of all, UNITY.
